Suneet Singal has real estate development projects in entitled land, commercial, retail, mixed use, industrial, and multi family. Prior to becoming a developer, Mr. Singal spent over 8 years in various aspects of finance with a concentration in real estate. He has worked in multiple capacities including project acquisition, negotiation, finance and project management. Mr. Singal serves as a project advisor to multiple developers, builders and strategic partners.
More recently, he has built development balance sheets and continues with direct project acquisitions.
Mr. Singal began his career as a financial analyst and quickly moved into real estate banking. He excelled within the residential mortgage capacity from roles as a direct loan officer to management, then leading to his own franchise setting leading trends in Northern California. During the course of this time, Mr. Singal obtained his status as a California Mortgage Broker having an operation based originally in Carmichael CA.
Recognizing he was embarking on a market niche, Mr. Singal broadened as he began his career his commercial real estate development. This operation started with a concentration in financial advisory and eventually led to the formation of the development company.
Mr. Singal has also co-founded ABW, Inc. (an International Media Holding Corporation) in 2005 and serves as Chairman. The company focuses in digital distribution of western media content into emerging markets particularly that of China. Mr. Singal advised on early financing to the company as it is now poised for significant growth for years to come. Mr. Singal holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance with a concentration in investments. He obtained a California Real Estate Broker’s License in 2003.
